I wondered what happened but I feel you. I'm from the old school. You know way back in 2021. If I like an author's work I subscribe to receive emails which I do in your case.

So each time they publish I usually read. Also I give 50 claps every time I read as a courtesy. I don't try and keep up with the whims of the Algorithm.

The almighty Algo has blessed me with over a thousand bucks on occasion and fifty on others. There is no rhyme or reason so like one of my ex's I refuse to try and understand.
