Indigo, after writing this comment, I'm off for my daily walk. I usually read and comment on Medium articles for an hour. Take my daily 30 minute walk (working up to an hour), shower and write. I instituted this routine two months ago. It's a routine that has not only improved my physical health, but more importantly my mental health. Thank you so much for reaffirming the power of the walk.
